The elevator project at the Mercer County Courthouse will likely take at least until mid-February to finish. The Mercer County Board received an update Tuesday night.
Public Building Commission Chairman Montie Schell says the project began on Dec. 7. A temporary courtroom has been established on the first floor of the courthouse for those persons that can’t access the regular third floor courtroom via the stairs.
