A New Boston man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison following a negotiated plea entered in a couple of felony cases in Mercer County Circuit Court. 32-year-old Chad Huston was charged in four different felony cases. He pleaded guilty Tuesday to Class 2 felonies of possession of a stolen vehicle and burglary. He received a ten-year term on the stolen vehicle count and five years on the burglary charge with the sentences to be served consecutively. As part of the negotiated agreement, a couple of firearms and meth charges were dismissed along with another burglary count. Three misdemeanor and two traffic charges were also dropped.
