A Keithsburg man has been arrested on a warrant for distribution of explicit material to a minor. 20-year-old Preston Carle has been charged with three Class 4 felonies. He was transported to the Mercer County Jail Tuesday, according to a Mercer County Sheriff’s Department press release. Bond has been set at $40,000.
