Two people injured in a weekend motorcycle accident in Mercer County. The crash occurred Saturday on the east edge of Joy. A Mercer County Sheriff’s Department press release indicates the motorcycle was traveling west when it lost control and proceeded into a ditch. The driver and passenger, Greg and Beverly Rowe, were transported from the scene to Genesis Medical Center, Aledo and transferred to University Hospitals in Iowa City.
