Police are looking for the public’s help finding an area man wanted in several counties for several different crimes. 34 year old Joshua McRae failed to appear in Rock Island County Circuit Court on drug possession charges recently. He is reportedly also wanted for forgery, theft, and more out of Davenport. Police are warning the public that McRae has violent tendencies and advise not to approach him, but call 911 instead. McRae, formerly of rural Aledo, has had several felony cases against him in Mercer County dating back to 2008 when he was sentenced to three years in prison on a burglary charge.
