Bond remains denied for a Keithsburg man facing a felony charge of sexual relations within families. A February 26th bond hearing was set Monday in Mercer County Circuit Court for 45 year old Kevin Hockenberry. Hockenberry had been out on bond since last June, but that was revoked last week. The Class 3 felony is in connection with an alleged incident that occurred last April. He is also facing a Class 4 felony disorderly conduct count stemming from a December complaint. Hockenberry remains in custody at the Mercer County Jail.
