WRMJ News Director Jim Taylor spoke with former Mercer County Fair Board president Roger Grundstrom this morning on the passing of Herb Zwicker. Zwicker served as Mercer County Fair Board president from 1973 to 1991 and also spent 49 years as stock car superintendent. Grundstrom replaced Zwicker as fair board president.
