The Mississippi River rising again. Brian Pierce with the National Weather Service says the reporting stations at Lock and Dam 17 in New Boston and Keithsburg are both impacted.
The river is expected to crest just under 23 feet this weekend at Lock and Dam 17 with flood stage at 15 feet. At Keithsburg, the crest is expected to hit 21 feet Saturday, which is seven-feet above flood level.
