The Mercer County Board is scheduled to appoint a new Emergency Management Agency director this week. Angie Litterst is being recommended for the position. She would replace Jen Hamerlinck, who is resigning from the post. Hamerlinck is playing a key role in the Mercer County Mental Health Action Program. The Mercer County Board meets Thursday.
