The inmates are returning to the Warren County Jail, and the guards are back too. Warren County reopened the jail Monday. It had been closed for the past five months because there weren’t enough jail guards and inmates were being sent to the Mercer County Jail as a solution. Warren County Sheriff Martin Edwards says keeping guards is still a problem as he lost two more last week.
