A new Abraham Lincoln framed picture now hangs in the Mercer County Courthouse. It’s part of Illinois’ Bicentennial celebration and the same picture will adorn all county courthouses in Illinois says John Coady with the Illinois Judges Association.
The framed Lincoln picture was presented to Mercer County this past Friday and it hangs in the main courtroom.
