More Court For Mercer County Meth Defendant Sandusky

Another turn in Mercer County Circuit Court for methamphetamine defendant Erica Sandusky today. She is due for a status hearing. The Matherville woman was ordered to take a drug test last week following an arraignment to revoke bond. A docket entry reveals she did appear at Genesis Medical Center for test, but left without completing when told it would cost $40.  She was also ordered to take a drug test following a court appearance in July. The 26 year old Sandusky is facing Class X and Class 1 felony counts stemming from a 2015 arrest. She was in custody in August on a failure to appear warrant, but has since posted $500 cash bond. Authorities also continue to seek the whereabouts of Sandusky’s co-defendant in the 2015 meth case — 23 year old Charles Peacock of Milan. A $100,000 arrest warrant has been issued for him on a probation violation.
