Aledo Mayor Chris Hagloch happy to see an Illinois Route 17 project through the city included in the Illinois Department of Transportation multi-year improvement plan. The $3.5 million in work would involve 12th Avenue to East of Illinois Route 94. The project is part of IDOT’s 2025-to-2030 list. Hagloch says the Route 17 work is long overdue.
The IDOT multi-year plan was announced earlier this summer.
