A Milan man arrested following a burglary complaint near Swedona. 18 year old Donavin J. Carter was taken into custody earlier this week, according to a Mercer County Sheriff’s Department report. He has been charged with a Class 1 felony of residential burglary. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for next Monday. Bond has been set at $150,000 bond. Carter is in custody at the Mercer County Jail.
