Oquawka Man Arrested In Residential Burglary Case

He was then located walking approximately one-block away. During further investigation deputies learned he had burglarized the residence on a previous occasion, where money was stolen. Pierce is charged with Criminal Trespass to Residence (class A misdemeanor), Residential Burglary (class 1 Felony), and Theft over $500 (class 3 Felony).
