Conditions in western Illinois ripe for a dust storm. That’s what happened Wednesday afternoon and evening when high winds whipped up some strange looking clouds says Mercer County Farm Bureau president Michael Zecher.
There were several funnel clouds reported over portions of Henry and Mercer County with most of the damage involving tree limbs and spotty power outages.
