Mercer County continues to receive over $20,000 a month from housing U.S. Marshals Service prisoners at the Mercer County Jail. Sheriff Dave Staley provided an update at last week’s Mercer County Board meeting.
The sheriff’s department receives $65 per day per inmate from the U.S. Marshals Service.
