WRMJ News Director Jim Taylor spoke with reigning Mercer County Fair Queen Natalie Dowd. She’s involved in an effort of collecting coloring books, activity books, crayons, colored pencils etc. for the Iowa City Stead Family Children’s Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House.
