The first female president of the New Windsor Rodeo Fair Board is also the first female recipient of the Farm Strong award from CBI Bank & Trust and Farm Country 102.3FM. Kelly and Brice Weber farm, deliver feed, and always are first to volunteer to help a neighbor. Kelly Weber is a strong advocate for 4-H and FFA. One phrase we hear about Kelly – she is everywhere!
