A Viola man facing two Class 2 felony aggravated criminal sexual abuse counts. The charges against 31-year-old Gregory S. Wilson stem from an investigation by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department.
Wilson was taken into custody last Friday. He appeared in Mercer County Circuit Court Monday and was granted pre-trial release, but under home detention.
A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 7.
