Sherrard grinded out a 48-45 road win in girls basketball over Macomb on Monday.
Neither team held a lead of more than six points in the game. The Tigers led 10-6 at the end of the first quarter, 21-20 at halftime, and 33-30 at the end of the third.
Grace Bohnert paced Sherrard (4-3) with 16 points. Adalynn Elsbury scored all 10 of her points in the sceond half in the win.
Sophie Wilson netted 20 points for the Bombers (6-4).
