The game was tied 59-59 at the end of regulation and knotted at 70-70 after the first overtime.
Kuitim Heald led the Rockets with 28 points. Cole Mulnix added 21 in the win.
Kyler Owens poured in 37 points for Orion in a losing effort. Maddux Arnold was also in double figures with 14.
