The Rockridge School District and Rockridge Teachers Association have finalized a new three-year Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
The CBA for 2025-2028 was officially approved at Rockridge’s July District Board of Education meeting on Monday. It provides staff in the district with a 5% raise to the base salary each year and adds a longevity bonus of $750 for teachers every year after 15 years of teaching in the Rockridge School District.
Rockridge School District Superintendent Marcus Bush spoke with WRMJ about the agreement.
The new CBA runs through the 2027-28 school year.
