The Mercer County School District has approved a project to respray its track.
The all-weather track at Mercer County High School is now 12 years old. Mercer County School District Deputy Superintendent Stacey Day says that’s normally the time for maintenance.
The project’s estimated cost is $140,000. It was approved last week.
The district is aiming to have the project completed by the 2027-28 school year.
