The first installment of Mercer County property taxes are due at the end of the week.
The due date is Friday, says Mercer County Treasurer Bev Lower, who gives a rundown of where you can pay them.
A 1.5% penalty on the amount owed is issued every 30 days for late payments.
The Mercer County Courthouse is closed on Thursday in observance of Juneteenth.
The second installment of Mercer County property taxes is due Sept. 19.
