Mercer County High School’s music theory class is putting on its spring concert on Wednesday night.
The class produces two concerts each school year, with each kid in the class performing one song that fits into a predetermined theme. This concert’s theme is songs by artists from Illinois.
Mercer County High School seniors Ashley Applebee and Molly Dixon, who are part of the class, spoke with WRMJ earlier this month.
The concert is at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, at the Mercer County High School Auditorium.
