A Mercer County native has produced a documentary short film. The subject is a local man named Josh Biddle, a longtime fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Filmmaker Austin Sane grew up in Mercer County and now resides in southern Illinois. He spoke with WRMJ about the project this week.
