Bond has been revoked for a Keithsburg man facing a felony charge of sexual relations within families. Mercer County State’s Attorney Meeghan Lee made the request this week, which was granted by Judge Peter Church. The case involves 45 year old Kevin Hockenberry. The state has filed a motion to increase bond with a hearing scheduled for Feb. 3. Hockenberry had been out on bond since last June. The Class 3 felony is in connection with an alleged incident that occurred last April. He is also facing a Class 4 felony disorderly conduct count stemming from a December complaint. Also this week in court, Hockenberry’s attorney Steven Glasgow withdrew as counsel and attorney Jonathan Ruud was appointed to his case. Hockenberry is in custody at the Mercer County Jail.
