An Aledo man facing felony charges following a shooting investigation in rural Henderson County has been granted pretrial release.
Dakota Lockmiller, 20, was arrested and charged with two Class X felony counts of aggravated battery with a firearm on Tuesday, according to a press release from the Henderson County Sheriff’s Department. He appeared in Henderson County Circuit Court on Wednesday, where he was released from custody and scheduled to return to court for a preliminary hearing on April 22.
