A New Windsor man is facing burglary charges after police responded to a complaint of a stolen motorcycle on Tuesday.
According to the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department, 38-year-old Eric Daves was taken into custody after deputies responded to a report of a stolen motorcycle.
Daves is in custody at the Mercer County Jail, pending an initial court appearance.
