The Associated Press (AP) released its latest state rankings for the IHSA girls basketball season on Wednesday.
Abingdon-Avon (21-5) is No. 9 in 1A.
Newman received votes in 1A, while Riverdale and Princeton each received votes in the 2A poll.
WRMJ will post the polls each week. WRMJ’s Ty Taylor is an AP voter. His ballot will accompany the AP poll throughout the year.
