An Aledo man facing meth delivery charges has been taken into custody on pre-trial release violations.
According to a Mercer County Sheriff’s Department press release, 41-year-old Joshua Session was taken into custody on Friday for violating the terms of his pre-trial release.
Session was arrested in August 2024 and charged with a Class X felony of methamphetamine delivery between 15-100 grams, a Class 4 felony of possession of a controlled substance, and a Class A misdemeanor of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Session is being held in the Mercer County Jail. He will return to court on Monday.
