Mercer County Republicans will get an audience with two congressional candidates involved in a hotly contested primary race. Because of redistricting, incumbents Rodney Davis and Mary Miller are now in the same district, which includes much of Mercer County. They’ll both be at an event Friday in Aledo says Mercer County Republican Party Chairman Jeremy Conaway.
The Mercer County Republican Party Primary Primer event is Friday at 6 p.m. at the Mercer County VFW. Candidates are scheduled to speak at 7 p.m.
