The Aledo City Council voted to move ahead with a so called “Cupcake Ordinance” and incentives for home builders at Monday night’s regular meeting. City Manager Chris Sullivan details what a Cupcake Ordinance would cover.
Mayor Chris Hagloch told the council he had been approached by another developer who would like to build more homes in the Sponsler Addition.
The Council voted to discuss both topics at Property and Ordinance Committee meetings on January 11th.
