2019 will feature a new library for the Aledo area and a new name. Ground was broken last June at a site along East Main Street. That’s when WRMJ spoke with library board president Bob Beguelin.
Frye Builders is the general contractor for the approximate $1-million project. And the library name is being changed from Mercer Carnegie to the Edwards River Public Library District.
