The Aledo City Council approves an amendment to the city’s employee handbook—prohibiting sexual harassment. The update makes the city’s policy uniform with a new state mandate says City Administrator Erin Knackstedt.
Part of the state mandate will require annual sexual harassment training for each officer, member and employee of the city, again beginning in 2018.
