Hospital leaders in the area say they don’t think the Republican plan to move past Obamacare will fix what’s wrong with the national health care law. Executives from Genesis Health System, UnityPoint Health Trinity and Community Health Care yesterday all said they have fears about the Republican plan. Chief among their fears are changes to Medicaid that may mean some able-bodied men would lose government coverage. The executives are hoping to see more changes before the plan is finalized.
