As the new school year begins the Sherrard School District has announced a new five-year contract for Superintendent Carl Johnson. The agreement runs through 2029. Johnson spoke with WRMJ last spring at an event in Viola called “Conversations with Carl” as he toured the district.
Johnson was hired as Sherrard superintendent in 2021. He graduated from Sherrard High School in 1990.
