Aledo Mayor Chris Hagloch hearing complaints about dramatic increases in assessed value among local property owners. He brought the issue up at Monday night’s Aledo City Council meeting.
Also Monday night, two new Aledo police officers were introduced, and both have ties to the county, former Mercer County Sheriff’s Department Chief Deputy Brian Evins and current courthouse bailiff Quesean Ford.
