A non-highway vehicle ordinance for Mercer County will be addressed at next month’s Mercer County Board meeting. The idea is being proposed by local businessman Mark Bieri, who is asking all municipalities and villages within the county to support the plan. He is promoting motorized outdoor recreation and tourism for Mercer County.
Mercer County Sheriff Dusty Terrill released a statement about the issue Wednesday and spoke with WRMJ News Director Jim Taylor.
