Mercer County Board Approves Cash Flow Management Plan

The Mercer County Board approves a cash flow management plan. The action taken last night and includes several conditions says County Board Chairman Joe Vann of New Boston.

The county board also discussed attempts to increase cash flow by working with the Circuit Clerk for debt collection–estimated at in the “millions”.  The system they have decided on will be at no cost to the county.
Also last night, the county board approved issuing a tax anticipation warrant.

Any money used from the warrant, must be paid back by the end of the fiscal year–November 30th.
