WRMJ News Director Jim Taylor visited with Winola Elementary School fourth grade teacher Carly Minch about a free library outside of the Winola Elementary School. The idea for the project originated from her students and involved a collaboration with high school ag instructor John Rasty. The end result– the kids designed, built, painted and installed a free library at Winola Elementary in Viola, open to all area children.
