A Viola man’s child porn case has been continued to next year. 45-year-old James Eric Haley is awaiting trial on 16 felony counts. He was arrested in August of 2019 after Illinois State Police executed a search warrant at his residence. The 16 felony counts are in connection with allegations involving a 15-year-old girl. On Tuesday, Haley’s pre-trial conference was continued to February 2. He has been free on a $500,000 recognizance bond since March.
