Local State Rep. Dan Swanson continues to express disappointment over the recently concluded lame duck session in Springfield. His frustration centers around a Police Reform Bill, which won approval last week.
As for the new session of the Illinois General Assembly.
Swanson was elected to his third term in office in November.
