A suspicious persons complaint in Viola leads to several charges against a Seaton man. 38-year-old Brandon Lee Dennison was taken into custody Friday. Viola Police and the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department responded to the call. Dennison was charged with resisting a peace officer and aggravated battery to a peace officer. The Aledo Police Department and Genesis Ambulance assisted at the scene. Dennison is being held in the Mercer County Jail.
