Sherrard (8-3, 2-0 TRAC West) picked up its third straight win in baseball with an 8-2 victory over Erie-Prophetstown (4-8, 2-1 TRAC East) on the road Saturday.
The Tigers scored the game’s first eight runs to cruise to victory. Carter Brown led Sherrard at the plate, going 3-4 with an RBI.
Brady Peterson threw 3.1 no-hit innings to take the win on the mound.
