A runaway juvenile call in the Keithsburg area leads to a sexual assault arrest.
The call occurred on Sunday.
According to a Mercer County Sheriff’s Department report, it was determined that the juvenile was the victim of a sexual assault. The suspect, 18-year-old Thomas Bullock was soon arrested for criminal sexual assault.
He remains in custody at the Mercer County Jail.
