The Rockridge Rockets continued to struggle to open the season as they fell to 0-7 after a Three Rivers Athletic Conference 47-38 loss at Fulton Friday night. Rockridge trailed 23-22 at the half but the Steamers opened up a ten point lead after three and the Rockets could not recover. Dalton Wolf lead Rockridge with 14 points.
In other action Annawan beat Erie 63-42 and Prophetstown topped Morrison 46-23.
In girls basketball, Monmouth-Roseville over Liberty 82-71 in double overtime.
