Rockridge finished three strokes off the lead at the IHSA 1A Canton Girls Golf Regional Thursday. Macomb won the regional as a team. Rockridge’s Hannah Graves finished second individually with an 81. Canton’s Ryleigh Moser shot a 76 for first place. Rockridge advanced to the sectional as a team.
Local individual sectional qualifiers were: Mercer County’s Darby Balmer, Sherrard’s Marissa Kunzman and Alyssa Layer, Orion’s Sofia Fernandez, and United’s Brodi McVeigh, Emmie Briggs, and Leighton Trego.
