Lock and Dam 17 in New Boston and Keithsburg included in a Mississippi River flood watch. Matt Wilson is with the National Weather Service in the Quad Cities. He says heavy rains to the north and active weather this week are the factors in play.
Lock and Dam 17 expected to reach flood stage of 15 feet by Thursday morning and Keithsburg also expected to reach flood stage Thursday morning at 14 feet.
